To have been offered an x-ray, due to nature of accident; just been to Go surgery today and awaiting GP referral for X-ray. Also, to have realistic information about wait times; although wait time board identified 2 and half hours, I was verbally informed upn arrival likelyto be more 3 to 4 hour wait to staff shortage on the day. However, total wait was nearer five hours. As these things happen and NHS under resourced by government, I'm okay waiting, just would be nice to have realistic wait times, so I could have cancelled my late afternoon/early evening clients in good time.

111 made the appointment. We were not kept waiting for long. The practitioner took a history then checked the afflicted leg. She explained what she was doing and her conclusion which she then talked through with the senior practioner. She gave analgesia and advice on how to manage the damage and told her to come back if it got any worse.
